Read Fairy Tales--Albert Einstein

Albert Einstein suggested that if you want your children to be intelligent, read them fairy tales; if you want them to be more intelligent, read them more fairy tales. Listening to fairy tales, combined with imagination and visualization, can enhance intelligence, inner peace, energy, vitality, and quality of sleep while reducing anxiety, stress, and pain.

Imagine that you have been given the job as writer, director, and producer of an epic motion picture that is all about you living a truly awesome life. Your duty is simply to relax into and vividly see your idea of what an awesome life looks, feels, sounds, and smells like for you. Your workplace is your mind, and you are being tasked with putting your images of awesome into form. Your office is any place where you can fully surrender and just be. This highly prized job requires no formal training, just a willingness to be open, a desire to grow, and a passion to demonstrate being awesome. This C (consciousness) level leadership position is all about freedom and flextime and can be done in as little as a few minutes each day.

Begin to see the practice of intentional imagination and visualization as a “meditation with pictures.” This stimulates the same area in the brain that lights up when we meditate. Your destination: the demonstration of a life lived beautifully well with greater health and happiness.
