Asking for a recount means you lost the count

Someone inside of GEOCOM has let us know that in the preliminary count the PPP /C lost. They were not able to give us totals for APNU and AFC. Inside GEOCOM is like a war room secret zone.
Another source closely connected to an APNU candidate has given me a similar picture.
GECOM source says in first count PPP  don’t seem to have enough votes for parliamentary majority. some ballots boxes & results from far flung regions still coming in. Ballot boxes from regions 1,2,& 9  were expected to arrive in Georgetown between 3.00 and six pm.
“For the first time in 19 years, the PPPC government is asking GECOM for a recount in 4 of Guyana's largest regions, This act only confirms what has already been leaked in the un-certified elections results; the fact that results indicate that APNU has won the 2011 Presidential elections in Guyana.”-From oNEVOTECANWIN
