Kingston Koker collapses: Several sections of Georgetown flooded

The Civil Defence Commission (CDC) advised the general public, particularly occupants in all public and private buildings within the below stated vicinity, to be cautioned that there has been a breach in the Kingston Koker. Persons are therefore advised to remove all assets and resources from low-lying areas to higher ground.

Southern Boundary North Road
Western Boundary Water St.
Eastern Boundary Sheriff
Capitol News reported that the : Kingston Koker collapses as a result of Spring Tide flooding sections of the exclusive district in Georgetown that houses the Pegasus Hotel, the controversial Marriott Hotel site,The Police, DDL and GBTI Headquarters.
Several other places could be affected including the Elections Commission, NICIL, the Mercy Hospital, the Canadian High Commission and the US Embassy, the Theatre Guild and  Duke Lodge.
